This side of the mall was only mildly renovated, but Lucy's Seafood Kitchen and ValuMart reside on this side of the mall.
 
Although the changes were few, the north facade looks markedly better than it did before.

Lucy's is a restaurant chain in Southern Ontario. The city council was very excited to attract Lucy's to the Uptown Core.
